ecce | 02: things i want to do

I've proven time and time again that I always get/do what I want in life. I'm a very determined person, and very stubborn, and once I get an idea in my head it's very hard for me to let it go. I decided that I wanted to go to college in Canada, and I did. I decided that I wanted to move to Chicago, despite not knowing the city and having no job there, and I did. I decided that I wanted a dog, and I got a beagle. I decided that I wanted to move to Antarctica, and look where I am today.

That said, I realize that some things ~~like the pet spider monkey~~ are not actually realistic "wants" so much as "fantasty wants".

So, here's a list of things that I do want, and that I have every intention of obtaining someday:

1. live on the island of Svalbard (Spitsbergen, Norway)
2. live in Sweden
3. own a miniature pet pig
4. go to Tokyo
5. work on another Antarctic base (Dumont d'Urville (French); Casey (Australian), Halley (UK), Scott (NZ), or Palmer (US))
6. work for Disney

I'll add to this post as I come up with things, and scratch off those things that I achieve.
